iTOL subscriptions

More information about iTOL subscriptions and modes of access is available here. Please note that the iTOL annotation editor subscribers automatically have full access to all iTOL features, and do not require a separate standard subscription. If you have any questions or need additional information about the iTOL access modes, please contact us.

Individual subscriptions are available to academic and non-profit users, and tied directly to your iTOL account. If you are working for a company, wish to purchase multiple individual licenses, or an institutional license, please check the Academic or Companies tabs above. If you already have an active subscription, it will be extended by the selected number of days.

Please sign in to your iTOL account if you wish to start a personal subscription. Alternatively, you can purchase subscription keys through the Academic or Company tabs above.

We offer two subscription models for academic and non-profit institutions:

  • individual subscriptions : you can purchase any number of subscriptions for individual users. You will receive a set of activation keys, which users can enter into their iTOL account to activate their subscription. For any purchase of 5 or more subscriptions, we offer a 10% discount. Activation keys do not expire, and grant a 365 day subscription when activated.
  • institution-wide subscription : unlimited access for all computers in your network, with the price equal to 50 individual subscriptions. You will need to provide a list of network IP ranges associated with your institution. Multi-year licenses are available, please contact us for more information.

Your librarian or other relevant personnel can use the form below to purchase subscription keys or start an institutional subscription. You can check if your institution is already subscribed.

If you are a teacher using iTOL for student assignments or in your classroom, please contact us. We will be glad to provide complimentary standard subscriptions for your students (for the duration of the assignments, with a maximum of 3 months). Your own iTOL account should have an active subscription for the duration of the course.
